A New Year

Now, who died and me the optimistic guru. Anyway I wish the lot of you a great year ahead. To the best of my knowledge at least 15 of my friends are suffering quietly due to various situations and factors. Chances are you probably will be reading this. Props to you i say, you lion you. I wish I had your courage , and I will try to imitate that this coming year. Now if you excuse me, I’ll get back to my feature article now.

I guess, it was when i read your blog.
It got me thinking, if I could be the one to bring
joy,
acceptance
and affection.

So heres the update, from the last post till now.

Christmas was great! The company was welcome, and Shyam’s ride is “teh awsum”. I’m inspired to learn how to drive now, just gimme abit to rake up the money.

Christmas presents rocked. No really they did. Practical things do indeed make me happy 95% of the time. Most of mine were

Museum trip was rather inspiring. I am afraid though to post my political views here, so i’ll just say that they did a real good job with the history of Singapore. The displays were very pretty.

Prawning is fun, totally worth the thirty bucks that we paid for the stuff. Joanne made a mean BBQ sauce for it as well, props to her. That passed day two easily for me, less thinking on my part.

Here’s the deal now, it really sucks when you bend over backwards for people, and realise Hey! people barely appreciate it. Even men need reassurance once in awhile, trust me on that. We’re not indomitable fortresses.

Today was awesome fun. Meeting all my cousins always is, mass lan and catching up ensured within the ranks.

I guess its awesome to have such an extended family. Aside from the monetary packages during the Chinese Lunar new Year (I REFUSE to say Ang Pow), the company is really very welcomed. Happy birthday to Grandma and Sheereen, may you guys live long and be loved even longer.

I’m looking forward to Christmas for more than one reason. No prizes for guessing really.

So it’s thursday, whoopdeedo?

Quiet day apart from the victory cry after setting up my new modem and shrieks of horror when my barbarian dies from iron maiden. (Yes i play Diablo 2. I am, indeed, a geek)

As the weekend nears many things come to mind. What will i eat on friday? How do i pass the stuff over minus prying eyes? Is anything due? Are there new comics coming out on saturday? Why do i ask such stupid questions?

The solution to this is simple, I present to you…
